FORTIN, Annette (née Tremblay)– Décédée paisiblement au centre des Services de santé de Chapleau avec sa famille à ses côtés, lundi 29 février 2016 à l’âge de 73 ans. Épouse bien-aimée de Marcellin pour les 54 dernières années. Mère bien-aimée de Laura (James) de Chapleau, Ronald de Chapleau, Rose (Denis) de Sultan, Lynn (Simon) de Chapleau, et Robert (Jennifer) de Onaping. Grand-mère adorable de petits-enfants René (Lindsay), Daniel (Marie-Ève), Carole (André), Yves (Jessica), Mélissa (Eric), Bradley, Joey (Lilianne), Josée, Julie, Brandon, Tiara et Madison et arrière-petits-enfants Madison, Isabelle, Joannie, Olivia, Zoé, Tayze, Colten, Paige, Naomi, Zara, Miya et Sierra. Sœur bien-aimée de Laurette Langlois (Jean-Guy) et Hélène Fortin (feu Paul), toutes deux de Chelmsford. Se souviendront d’elle ses nombreux neveux et nièces ainsi que ses amis. Parents et amis pourront présenter leurs respects lors des visites au Centre civique de Chapleau, vendredi soir entre 19h et 21h, ainsi que samedi de 11h à 13h30. La messe des funérailles aura lieu à l’église Sacré-Cœur à 14h. L’inhumation se tiendra au printemps. Des dons à la Fondation Ontarienne du cœur ou à l’église Saint-Jean-Brébeuf de Sultan seraient grandement appréciés. Loving mother of Laura (James) of Chapleau, Ronald of Chapleau, Rose (Denis) of Sultan, Lynn (Simon) of Chapleau and Robert (Jennifer) of Onaping. Wonderful grandmother of René (Lindsay), Daniel (Marie-Ève), Carole (André), Yves (Jessica), Mélissa (Eric), Bradley, Joey (Lilianne), Josée, Julie, Brandon, Tiara et Madison and great grandmother of Madison, Isabelle, Joannie, Olivia, Zoé, Tayze, Colten, Paige, Naomi, Zara, Miya et Sierra. Dear sister of Laurette Langlois (Jean-Guy) and Hélène Fortin (late Paul), both of Chelmsford. Annette will be remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may visit at the Chapleau Civic Centre on Friday evening fro 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will follow at Sacred Heart Church at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Sebastien Groleau officiating. Interment will take place in the spring. Memorial donations made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Saint-Jean-Brébeuf Church in Sultan would be appreciated.
