My condolences go to the family and all of the friends of Alfred. He was an important and loved man in Manitouwadge. I looked forward to seeing him every time I returned to town. He always referred to me as "my teach". That is because I taught him Judo years ago. He loved to talk about those lessons.
He always had a wave and a smile. He even shared a bottle or two of his wine with me! I am so sorry to hear of his passing. My heart is sad for your loss.

I am sorry for your loss, Alfredo was so well known in our community,. Always kind, and helpful to others, we all enjoyed his visits to our workplace and I am sure many mornings sharing coffee and chats with all the other retirees., I remember his falling in love with my neighbours little dog, every time he walked by, he always had a special treat for her, and when she had her litter, he was there to claim "his puppy". When that little buddy passed away, then Alfredo took in rescue dogs and was always seen on their daily walks, he so appreciated any help given to him and usually reciprocated with a bottle of his homemade wine, I was one of those lucky recipients. I will truly miss running into him and chatting uptown, RIP Alfredo.
