The Hammett family on Beck Avenue appreciated all our neighbours with whom we grew up, including the McRaes. We shared many good times, particularly playing in the woods and the playground behind our house. Doug was a friend of Jimmie Hammett. We remember one summer when Doug went to Nova Scotia with us. We offer our sincere condolences to Doug’s wife, children, siblings and friends.
