Obituary of Stella Glutek

GLUTEK, Stella - Passed away peacefully with her son Peter, by her side at the Lady Dunn Health Centre on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Walter Glutek. Loving and cherished mother of Maryanne Mitrikas (Eric), Peter Glutek and Michael Glutek (Allison). Grandmother of Katie, Jessica, Jamie and Mitch. Dear sister of Mary, Mike Biluk (Elenor) and late William “Bill” Biluk. Stella will be remembered by her nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by the Glutek and Biluk families.  Friends may visit at the P.M. Gilmartin Funeral Home (140 Churchill Avenue) on Sunday, November 19th from 7 to 9 p.m.  A Graveside Interment service will take place at Woodland Cemetery on Monday, November 20, 2017, at 10 a.m. with Rev. Mr. Peter Chalykoff officiating.  Memorial donations made to Lady Dunn Health Centre “Palliative Care Room” would be greatly appreciated by the family.  The family would like to send special blessings and a thank you to Brenda and Marcus Grundt, Michel Albert and his mom, Mrs. Albert, Mrs. Potts and her three amigos (Craig, Andrew and Glynn), Deidre and Verna (the home care workers), Rochelle Parsons and finally the staff at the Lady Dunn Health Centre for all of their care and compassion given to Stella.  www.gilmartinfuneralhome.ca
