Dear Lucy
Gil and I are very sorry for your loss. We met Eddie for the first time on our trip to Newfoundland with Chantal. He was quite the character. We fondly referred to Eddie as "soup of the day" which is what he always ordered at any restaurant we went to.
I hope that your lifetime of memories together will bring you comfort during the difficult days ahead.
With sympathy,
Gil and Barbara Mathieu

My deepest sympathy to you for your loss dearest, Lucy. It goes without saying that Eddie was like a father to me, loyal, giving, caring, kind, and most of all a true friend-- no better you could find anywhere. I will treasure the times we shared together and remember him very fondly. He will be missed deeply. May God comfort you and be with you in your hours of grief.
